Cancellation and Refund Policy

Study Point Sanchore offers a 7-day refund policy for our REET Test Series under specific conditions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of enrollment
  • No refund will be processed if any test has been attempted
  • Refunds are not available for partially used test series
  • Duplicate payments will be refunded in full

Refund Process

  1. Submit refund request via email to info@studypointsanchore.com with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your enrollment details (name, email, payment receipt)
  3. State the reason for cancellation
  4. We will verify eligibility within 2 business days
  5. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  6. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

  • Any test series where tests have been attempted
  • Enrollments after the 7-day refund period
  • Discounts or promotional offers cannot be refunded
  • Processing fees (if applicable)

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your enrollment anytime by emailing us
  • Cancellation within 7 days qualifies for a full refund
  • After 7 days, no refund will be provided
  • Access will be terminated immediately upon cancellation
